Waiting for level 6 tier reward car

Hi,

I am not sure if I have come through the correct department or not, but if this is the wrong department please can you forward this email to the relevant department.

I am writing to you today as I recently have gone up a reward tier from level 5 to level 6 whilst I was attempting to beat the RBW Triton time in the chasing ghosts around Brands Hatch community rival event. However, I have still not received the level 6 tier reward car of the Lamborghini Aventador as of 5th March 2016. Also it shows me at level 6 in the Forza hub, but the reward badges in Forza Motorsport 6 states that to achieve gold that I have to reach level 6 tier which I clearly have done already. The date that I actually levelled up was Sunday 28th February.

I realise that the date that I had levelled up was close to the release date of the Porsche expansion pack and that there was probably some last minute testing/debugging going on and that I may have been missed in the process, but if someone could respond to me to and issue me the Lamborghini Aventador it would be greatly appreciated.

I think the cars are gifted one time when you first start the game, so going up a tier after you’ve been playing won’t get you the extra car/cars.

this is correct
you only get the reward cars when you FIRST start the game
you don’t get them after you go up Tiers whilst playing, it’s a once off thing

you will get the increased weekly credits payout ( the difference would have been available to be redeemed when you tiered up) but you DO NOT get the car

it’s in the FAQ section regarding rewards

Ok thanks guys. I did look through the Forza rewards FAQ but must of misinterpreted the section that states it is only available when you first start Forza 6, and I read it that I would receive a car for every tier reward level up. I have been getting 200,000 cr per week for level 6 as opposed to the 100,000 cr per week for level 5.
