We need a vote to kick feature for the new meetups, first day and there has already been 10+ times that I have been rammed and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.
Cause that ever worked…. So rare to get a majority to do it.

It needs to show the votes like it used to but then you get into kicking out someone who is just too good for the lobby. Lol. This is why they removed the count I think. I’ll say it for the millionth time. Custom public lobbies where the host kicks out whomever they want. They just refuse to do this. It would solve a zillion problems with this game. But NO
My friends and I and others would have perfect clean lobbies going all day long. It would be Paradise.

If you was rammed just do a screen record of the past 15-30 seconds each time it happens. Submit a report and keep doing your thing, problem solved let forza handle it. It’s no point in continuing the race at this point. Now it’s more about reporting this user.
I vote for ability to kick players from lobbies but… there needs to be a menu or something w reasons, possible show of evidence and the ability to upload that to forza support instantly.
Don’t kick the innocent ones who just wana hang out and join the team or just socialize and make friends. Or because they’re not popular they get kicked, I don’t like that.
I remember older games w track voting just because I didn’t choose the track they wanted I got kicked. Instead of the host doing there race first then the one I requested no just kick me and done. There needs to be a reason with some sort of proof to submit a vote to kick.
Could we have a race marshal in every online event as a moderator? Or have selectable race marshal positions w the ability to spectate..?

Keeping the collision (only) penalty in meetup lobbies would be 1 option I guess. Few seconds worth of collision penalty → out.

I joined a lobby some time ago and all the host wanted to do was run Virginia.. sure it’s a ok track but not my favorite, and to keep running it over and over got old.
Hence why I voted for a different track after running the race a few times. Host wasn’t even kind enough to select a different track just straight kick me bc I wanted something different than the rest of the group. It’s a public event but he commandeered it as his own. No one voice chatted. I could see if I joined a private event or something similar, and say there was a league race going on at the time and my vote didn’t match there league race schedule. Don’t think it was fair being kicked for no reason.
That’s why I voiced my opinion for this and similar topics as I don’t want to see that happen again in this game. Where that’s all the host wants to do and act like he controls the lobby like he’s a god or something. Be fair and a likeable host or get kicked your self…

The collision idea is ok w me, if your the innocent one and not being stuck w the penalty after someone rammed you.
I’m not sure why this wasn’t added to begin with knowing all the issues in the past with people ramming in public meetups.

These Meet Up lobbies have now become locations of rammers galore, especially in lobbies where the track is an oval, or some variant of an oval such as Indy GP.
The sheer amount of rammers/wreckers I’ve seen in these meet-up lobbies is beyond acceptable and something needs to be done.
Either, Re-instate the marshal program.. OR give us a feature that shouldve been in FROM THE VERY START…

I think as me and others have said cars going the wrong way or parked need to be ghosted and I think the forza race regulations need to be in place in them lobbies too. That way you reach the maximum penalties and get removed simple.

If I remember rightly, we did have vote to kick in fm7, but it just never worked, I think because the lobby required half the lobby votes in order to kick, so even a 14 player lobby would require 7 votes which is a big ask especially on xbox. It should just be kick a player when 4 players within 30 seconds vote to kick, or 6 players in two minutes maybe, that’s a clear message a player is grieving. You’re Microsoft, you can get clever with that, ai could steward even..

Having seen my previous topic on the matter was removed it seems…
I will once again create a post regarding a simple matter that NEEDS to be addressed ASAP.
Rammers/Wreckers/People deliberately driving backwards are now plaguing the meetup lobbies to the point it is not enjoyable for anyone who takes part in these lobbies. For starters, why is there STILL no VOTE TO KICK button since this games arrival in 2023? Another 5 months and this game will be 2 years old.
The fact such feature was overlooked is not acceptable…
Its simple… Implement a VOTE TO KICK button in meetup lobbies; or better yet ALL MULTIPLAYER HOPPERS… Implement collision penalties, or knowing how these things are handled which I seriously hope does not happen… set the lobby to ghost all cars at all times (like qualifying).
Marshals need more of a presence/recruitment drive with focus on these meetup lobbies.
If you want to wreck people… go play Wreckfest.
Vote to Kick hasn’t “worked” since Forza Motorsport 4, as it was near impossible to amass enough votes in later games.
If Turn 10 want to bring it back, it’s going to need a bit of tweaking.

Either way something needs to change. As much as I appreciate meetups being brought back there is no form of penalty in place for those who actively join lobbies with the sole intention of ruining the lobby by wrecking people.
And quite frankly, how nothing was implemented whatsoever during the Insiders Test, despite SEVERAL of us raising concerns? Well, need I explain more?

How and where do you report dirty drivers?
I’ve just edited a video of getting rammed by the same group of guys during 5mins.
I’ve had ppl get 4secs into T1, keep getting 1 sec every time they touch me but they keep trying to pit maneuver me.

Make sure your video has a clear view of there name save any videos or replay clips to support your evidence. Idk why people have to act this way. Hopefully it’ll be one less to deal with from now on.

really happy we are starting to get new features, especially track days, but you guys made a crucial error, and that is NO VOTE TO KICK option. theres far too many people exploiting this, by facing no consequences for intentionally wrecking other players. please make that happen.
