Virtual Motorsports goes back into Open Wheel Series territory on Forza Motorsport 5, with the IndyCar Series 2. Racing wheel to wheel at breakneck speed is what IndyCar is all about in any of the four Dallara DW12 models in the game. This series will now move to the US Timeslot and will see racers battle in their American open wheel machines with simulation damage and all assists open and go wheel to wheel with the different skilled drivers from all across the world.
Racing on Forza Motorsport 5 on Mondays at 19:00 CDT / 01:00 BST / 11:00 AEST, the series will feature iconic racing circuits from around the world, starting at the iconic American racetrack Indianapolis Grand Prix circuit, before moving onto Long Beach Full Circuit. Race 3 will take the participants to Belgium for the largest circuit in the calendar, Spa Modern Circuit before going to Spain for the iconic Catalunya Grand Prix. Finally, the Series will end with another iconic circuit, the Nurburgring GP Circuit circuit.
