Just bought Vip and none of the rewards are showing up ive turned my xbox off and back on ive deleted my profile and re downloaded it and still nothing
I assume you are referring to the gift cars and such. They are not retroactive, if you just downloaded it you will not receive any of the previous gifts or any of the loyalty cars, since those are only gifted at the beginning of the game.
However, the remainder of the rewards, such as double rewards from wheelspins you will still receive.

Not sure exactly what rewards you are after but to get the VIP DLC car pack you need to go and collect the cars from the autoshow from the dlc tile…they dont automatically get put in your garage
