Have you tried hard resetting your console properly since installing it
Have you checked its actually installed as well
yes it is installed properly and i have reset my xbox also
Did you pull the power cable out from the wall when you reset your console
Just turning off and on often will do nothing depending on your power settings
Also did you properly quit out of the game and then launch again
done that atleast 5 times im really not sure what is wrong i just got off of xbox support and they dont even know whats going on either, its saying that its installed but when i go on its like ive never even bought the pass
the even weirder part is that i have the Vip cars but im not getting the 2x the credits from the wheelspins

Also, after you’ve done those things, “Manage” the game and look at each of the DLC packs to much sure they’re 100% installed. Despite the fact the Xbox One tells us a download is “Ready to play” there are issues if we don’t wait until it is completely installed AND then do a full hard reset of the console afterward and before playing.
Are you buying wheelspins or using earnt wheelspins?
Bought wheelspins do not get double, earnt ones do.
