Hi I baught the vip membership today and I didn’t get the October vip car was I too later to get it or can’t get it because it already passed give out date?

You mean the Ford Fiesta with Turn 10 livery? Yeah I think you can only get that if you have VIP membership at the time they give out the car. Not sure though, when I bought FH2 UE this summer I was like 9 months behind the original release date as well and I remember having like 3 or 4 Aventadors as free cars as well, but with ugly community liveries. I threw them out of my garage. 
The Fiesta livery for FM6 I like though.
When I got VIP in FM5 about a year ago it was well past the initial launch of FM5 and I got all the VIP cars. It took a few days of downloading only a few at a time but I got them. I’m sure you’ll get the Fiesta unless something has gone wrong. You could try a complete power recycle which may help - hold the white button on your XBO for about 10 seconds to turn it off completely.
