when you say the car has to be fully upgraded what do you mean by that? all upgrades purchased, added tyre width etc
XYvSTUvYX, yes. All possible upgrades must be purchased to allow the best tunability for the vehicles and more interesting and fair racing.
The first race was last night, however you will be able to join in time for the next race (9th April I think???) without a significant disadvantage in terms of the season points.
