Since it’s going to be BMW-centric, no doubt going through the rich history of BMW, from that time it got banned from making airplane engines after WWI, to that time it got banned from making anything after actively participating in a genocide, and beyond, I figured I’d look at my wishlist and see what I have.
- The G70 7-series, the newest, biggest BMW, though obviously we’d need other supersized luxury roadboats
- The F20 M140i, the last of the RWD hot hatches (as far as I know)
- The M-Hybrid V8, the newest LMH
- The E61 M5 Touring, with the V10 “inspired” by their Formula 1 engine, though the E60 saloon would be more likely
- The i3, one of the earliest modern EVs (with optional range extender engine), and fun little car
- The 328, a pre-war racecar
- The E21 320i racecar, a classic 80s GT/touring car
- The E24 635CSi racecar, another classic racecar
- The E30 M3 racecar, another definitive 90s DTM car
- The GTP, a rebranded March 86G IMSA GTP prototype
- The 507, BMW’s competitor to the 300 SL
- The Z1, a sorta experimental roadster with unique door kinematics
- The 3.0 CSL Hommage R, a one-off concept hommage to the OG 3.0 CSL
- The Nazca C2, a concept supercar of the 90s
- The Z8, the famous James Bond car that everybody remembers was a James Bond car, and was totally on screen for, like two scenes at least
- The 2002, but it’s a race car
- The M4 GT4, current generation GT4 racecar, for more GT4s
- The i8 GTR, a racecar based on the i8 which, 10 years later, still looks like a car from the future and it’s kinda nuts
