It’s depressing that they ditched original Forza tracks like Sunset Peninsula and Sedona in favor of other new that are really boring.
I can understand about real tracks that need scanning and licensing, but the originals…
Oh cool! I’m gonna ask Max a question, if he’ll answer.
Coming Update 12:
…with which the small remaining player base has been split up. The lobbies are all empty, I can only find races with 3 or 4 opponents. Sure, such a small starting field makes for quieter races, but it’s also kind of boring.
Many people play the game. If you enter a lobby and there are only a few people, it does not mean anything, only that you have entered a server section where there are few people and this is significantly affected by the rating of the players, e.g. the game compares the D level with the A level player base. If you exit and re-enter 2-3 times, you will most likely find a fuller lobby.
I play a lot and I find that more and more people are playing the game. There are also many new entrants, e.g. level 30-100, while the number of players above level 1000-2000 is increasing. As a trial run, I entered the same category five times one after the other in the popular open race lobby, and all five times, with a nearly full lobby, he always threw in different players.
The Steam charts tell a different story. The peak was in the last 30 years, somewhere around 700 players. OK, then there are the Xbox players, of which I am one. It may be just a personal observation, but I recently had a few lobbies that only consisted of three to eight players. I`m A rank around 4800 and 894 (1) - it could be my fault. To be honest, I don’t really care about Forza anymore. I don’t see any feature progress, I don’t feel like waiting months for old tracks/cars or driving 40 races against a stupid AI because of one car. It all bores me. Especially the lack of communication. In my view, T10 has only itself to blame. They didn’t want to do anything about the rammers and griefers, and now most of the serious players are gone. Just like the bigger YouTubers who are the drawcards for a game like this. My group of friends, with whom I used to regularly do 2-hour races and similar events, have also stopped. They now play ACC or F1.
It is the opposite way round. If your lobbies are filled well, it means little.
Envisage it as a small lake drying out. We are the fishes. Remains are several puddles. If now you are in the biggest one of it and still comfortable, fishes in other smaller puddles experiencing the dry does not mean nothing for the drying. They just can perceive it earlier than you.
For me it is approaching the treshold of becoming unappealing for most lobbies not exceeding 5-6 players of which 1 or 2 will quit short before start and further 1-2 shortly after.
And this has a selfamplyfing effect: The more player experience it like this, the more will finally give up trying. I am coming near to that.
And this while in the puddle “CentralEuropePing”-S or A rating-Floating between 4950 and 498x. Shouldn’t be one of the smaller puddles. Ping is good enough to be paired with West-Canadians.
This worked. But now not more. You’ll join the one remaining lobby again or be sat in one with zero or one player.
So I strongly recommend not to increase the number of parallel lobbies/racevents in order to not further selfamplifying damage that might lead to a point of no return.

@T10ManteoMax As LMDh exists LMH to define legitimate balance.
As the Porsche 963’s the latest addition three months ago from the store more car packs wouldn’t hurt a inch not to mention of the most voted machines in the current chronological order like this 9x8 sitting the third most voter whlist the 499P the second only to the Furai.
Anything other than the introduction of 6 to 8 new cars in the Forza Motorsport franchise with at least half of them road cars will be a new disappointment for me and it would already be 6 or 7 months in a row
New Track: Mount Panorama-Monza-Hermanos Rodriguez.
New cars: Ioniq 6, Ioniq 5 N, N Vision 74, Kona N, Elantra N Bryan Herta, I 30 N.
That’s 6 and they do fit.
Must be available!
Wait, when are they streaming this up and adding new content? Isn’t it on Friday? Like FH5?
Hello.
No, i guess it’ll be monday 9th September.
The tertre rouge of the Le Mans circuit de la sarthe saw the listen of the Hypercar LMP2 & LMGT3 cars racing on the track at the same time.
Listen to the sound.
I can see forza motorsport advertisements at the distance.
Is the next update next week or the week after?
