UNRECOGNIZABLE DISC

Hi.

I receive FM4 in Xmas 2012.

The game worked good for six months that i used it!! (every two or three weeks i played a couple hours…!! ) (little time but yes… i enjoyed that)

For work reasons i can’t play in the xbox360 (I bought this console brandnew in BRANDSMART Sawgrass in FL) any game for months. My kids do but they played shooters and others games.

them… in feb 2013… i put the disc in the console… and surprise…

unrecognizable disc…

in march 2014… we bought a new xbox360 (brandnew… BEST BUY FL.) and we thought … now YES we can play forza4 again…!!

and the bad surprise again…

unrecognizable disc.!!

The disc is like new.!!!

No scratchs… not even one…!!

and the old xbox and the new one cant recognize the disc.

What happened here…?

Next time I’ll think twise before buying another Turn10 game again.

I have reasonable doubts about spending any money again …!!

I bought Forza 2 and Forza 3 for 360…!!

and in this page i don’t see a real COSTUMER SERVICE…

The prize for a new game is $59.99 + taxes.
(this is what I pay in gas for my Van every two weeks…!!)

and we don’t have a real costumer service…?

Who will return me the money that i spent…? or change the disc?? and the time lost…??

nobody??

Whats wrong here…?? obviously not the console…

is a DISC Problem!! quality?

and i searched in the web… and many gamers have had the same problem …!

what can we do?

(and… this is the ONLY GAME with this problem in both consoles. My sons have toooo many games and not one has had this problem)

Contact Xbox LIVE Support: Xbox Support (or your localized contact list). The drives and disc replacement is a function of Xbox Support, not Turn 10.

If you have space in your console, you can try to install the game to your hard drive.

If it’s the disc has problems, the installation will stop at some point.

If the whole thing is successfully copied to the hard drive, you will likely have fewer problems because it reads the disc much less for an installed game.

So the game worked for over six months then stopped working? It’s possible you didn’t install the game on the hard disc. Two to three hours plus a day running the game hard can prematurely wear the disc. Unfortunately if the disc is scratched or damaged you might need a new one. You can replace it with a used copy. All of your content is related to your gamer tag and should be recoverable.
