I was place under moderation right after I announced I was a disabled Vet and put up the Disabled Vet Logo, which is allowed for use by Disabled Vets.
I have send multiple messages both to Forza Support Email and moderators, as you are told by Moderators and the Forza Forum Guidlines when placed under any restriction.
This only makes me believe this is true. It could be because I had problems with sending messages and reports on the website, as the website has many issues that they have acknowledged and said that it is a third party issue. I had issues with sending reports on people bulling other Forza Customers, and breaking Forza Forum rules, but it would continually freeze when I clicked the Ok button to send, so I would try and send again.
I tried to clear this up, but have been ignored, which proves my theory on because I am a disabled Vet, or they would have done the Professional Microsoft thing and contacted me back.
If you feel you have been discriminated against, harassed, treated outside Microsoft Code of Ethics by either other Forza customers in the forum, Moderators, or T10 Employees, feel free to leave a post, me a message on Xbox Live, or start your own post.
If you want proof of what I have said, I have kept a record of everything. Even found older post of this happening to other people.
