Forza 5 bundle with xbox one. installed problems…contacted xbox live last week…games stays in intro video loop…xbox had me uninstall and restall. contacted them today with same problem continuing…xbox told me to contact you
Do you have the console connected to the internet? A title update is required to play the game.
Would this really be required if you’ve never connected to the internet? The game should be playable off the disc install without any updates since not all users are guaranteed to have internet.
If you have connected the console to the internet and then are attempting to do this, it may be a different scenario…
Updating a game can fix a number of problems. It should be playable off the disc, but updating could help it actually run.
Forza motorsport 5 game will not play on my profile does a loop with screen loading . Thought it was disk . Have replaced with new disk 3 times . Still no luck . Read an online post if you started new profile you can play game on that which it does . But no matter what I do it will not play on my online profile. Have tried xboxone support on phone for 2 hours .now it your turn they said it must be a game issues .
I believe it could be a sync issue with cloud can you reset it for this game ?
