Bug Info: Unable to launch FH5
This is how it appears when I launch, see how most of it is not showing:
I then click the hidden button next to the bar which attempts to start a download, then it closes and does not boot.
Checking Event Viewer logs I get these errors:

Attempted fixes:
- reset/repair/reinstall the xbox app via GUI and powershell commands
- cleared out the gamingservices/net registry hive and reinstall
- reinstall FH5 and also moved to a different drive
- boot in safe mode with all startup programs disabled
- close out of all other third party apps i.e g-hub, NVIDIA, discord, steam etc
- repair and reset the MS store
- login and out of the xbox app
- restart the PC each time
- updated to the latest graphics drivers
- roll back NVIDIA graphics driver
- ran the gaming services repair tool
- ran verify and repair files
- check the affected dll, appears to be the latest according to when it was installed
- timezone/date correct and synced
- disabled firewall (No antivirus)
- run as admin shortcut from desktop
- latest windows updates
- power plan to high performance
- ran sfc /scannow
- ran Memory Diagnotic
- chkdsk
Content Update: Was working previsouly, havent played it for a while so cant tell when it stopped but now it no longer launches.
