For the past 3 days I have had rewards available but when I click redeem rewards nothing happens. The symbol in the top right just keeps spinning and does nothing. Left it for ages but nothing has happened.
Anyone else had/having this issue?
Give this a try: log out of xbox.com, clear your cookies, log in there, then log in here and try again.

Done, thanks for your help but still no good. 
The little globe changes to the loading circle on redeem. Its fine on overview and friend compare but appears as soon as I go on redeem rewards?
yea i havent been able to collect my rewards for this month too :/, hopefully they can fix it soon
Try loading it on your phone. I spent 30 minutes refreshing and staring at my screen before trying my phone and it went through straight away.

Try a different browser. I couldn’t get this to work on Chrome. No problem on Firefox and IE.
Used my phone and worked straight away! Could be google chrome as peoples profile pics rarely load up.

Just to chip in with my pennys worth (glad alls well for you OP) I use Firefox and have never had any problems redeeming rewards so if anyone has problems it may be worth trying Firefox
