I purchased the ultimate edition on Xbox live but non of the extra content shows up in my wife’s profile. Only mine. We were able to share all of the dlc on forza 5. What’s up? And if we can’t share the cars how do I get my $115 bucks back?

It’s the same like in FM5 or FH2:
“Secondary profiles on a shared XBL Gold member console will be able to access DLC cars in the game without purchasing the pack, but gamesave benefits may only be available to the account that purchased the pack. As a result, secondary profiles may not have the one-time-for-free tag for DLC cars, access VIP Rivals events, receive the VIP bonus or VIP gift cars, and the VIP icon.”
Your account needs to be set as ‘home console’.
Your wife has to buy the DLC cars for ingame credits.
No ‘first buy free option’, no VIP benefits only the VIP cars.
Works here without problems (3 accounts with only 1 gold and 1 FM6 UE on two XB1 - 1@work 1@home)
