So yesterday I got a gift from turn 10, X5 m FE. Charger R/T FE. Ford racing puma FE. Was using them all day even upgraded them and come back today and they are saying they are now DLC cars and I must buy them. Please help what’s up with that.
I think they are the loyalty cars? You get one per save file in the cloud of the previous Forza games. Not sure why it’d lock you out of them if they already gave them to you.
VIP cars.
None of loyalty reward cars are FE. In fact you can buy all of them from Autoshow.

Those cars are not DLC, so ignore whatever messages you are getting. I highly doubt that they are actually from T10 (who don’t even make this game anyway).
I think the X5M FE is DLC because I tried to buy one from the auction house and it directed me to the MS Store to buy some pack or other. (I had read that it was a good car for the Water Performance achievement which I ended up doing in another car anyway.)
Hmm, yes they actually are all expansion pack cars. Odd, as I’m sure I wheelspun a couple to them at least. That’s even weirder then but I still wouldn’t hand over any money for them!
Not possible. Only way you can get those cars is by buying VIP dlc.
All 3 of those are from the VIP pack and not gifts. Make sure you are on the same account and that VIP is actually applied to your account.
First thing I would do is restart the game to make sure it isn’t a glitch.

My friend with a standard édition played on my console (i have the ultimate édition)
He got the cars and used them on my console but when he get back home he was unable to use them it was like a paid dlc.
Note that the cars are added to your garage, you don t get them with a message.
Perhaps you ve done the same thing.
I bought the welcome pack cars but today I woke up and I had been given he same cars you have listed. Didn’t buy vip either. Not gonna complain though x5 is a beast
