It looks more like a water underpass than a road tunnel. I’m not sure with it, though, because I can vaugely see it.

You’re saying the electric pole doesn’t lead to a tunnel, and I know that, but you’re confusing me.
The wall in the second picture. That might be a tunnel. Sorry for the confusion.
