Trying to get into tuning

Okay, so, I know that I’m a noob at tuning. I’ve always just downloaded tunes but I want to get better at tuning for myself. I mainly need help/an explanation of: tire pressure, gears, differential, and well pretty much everything. Any help is appreciated. Please try to keep feedback positive. Please and thank you.
