Trying to fix an issue that got me banned

So, I made a “Free Candy” van as a joke, not realizing it was against the TOS and would result in a ban, and I am now trying to remove the design from my game so I won’t get banned for having it again when my ban expires… Problem is that while it will let me delete the unsared version of the paint, the version I shared it still there and it wont let me delete it, saying “feature unavailable”. I am really scared I will get banned again right as mine expires for this yet I am unable to remove the paint job that led to my ban, and I fear I am in a catch-22 here… Anyway, how can I delete this, or what should I do? Not trying to run afoul of the community here and trying to do the right thing, so please help.

If T10 or Xbox live doesn’t remove it first, just delete it as soon as your ban expires. You should be fine. They know you were banned for that particular design. As long as you don’t post another one you shouldn’t have any problem.

Shouldn’t of posted something risky then

Always look at something as can that offended some one in regards to a the free candy yes funny to someone who has not been a victim of free candy very much not free if you are a victim

Now I feel it should of been removed and a warning iusses but I’m not tos

Also once you’ve done your time remove it then because you can’t be punished for the same crime twice

Did not realize it was risky at the time… was not pornographic or explicit and there were literally 1000’s similar it showed me when I got the van to choose from… It was literally 9 letters and they did not spell out anything explicit, so I figured it would be fine, maybe a bit off color, but not a violation, especially with them not removing the 1000’s of similar designs… but anyway, I respect their rules which is why I am trying to remove it. I am just trying to race and have an occasional laugh, if the van had explicit words or images I would understand it more, but I guess I did not realize so many forza players had fallen victim to vans offering free candy… I will say I wish they would have given me a warning or a chance to remove it first, or maybe posted more in depth rules before going into the creator the first time as I see I am not the first person to unknowingly run afoul of this rule with the van, but they can run their game as they like. I just wish I had known before posting it that it was a definite no-no in forza, and I would have never done it…

Curious, what’s wrong with FREE CANDY? Did I miss something?

I’m really not sure how people can have trouble figuring this out.

Nobody on Earth is so naive to assume a van labelled “free candy” would be a good citizen driving around spreading joy by passing out free candy. It’s universally seen as a predator’s trap intended to lure in children to abduct or worse. Everyone that paints a “free candy” van knows that, they think they’re funny, and know what they’re doing. They’re making light of child abduction and worse and it’s never funny.

DrGonzo1184 - Once the ban is over you can remove any unshared files. The ban itself will take care of the shared. Just double check to be sure. Better safe than sorry.
