Hey Guys and Gals,

Let’s celebrate the new forums with a Twin Pack release :slight_smile:
Going forward, I will do release threads for most of my cars but will also post the “other” tunes in my catalog thread thingy majingy.

As I promised in last weeks Mercury Cougar thread, the Stingray is here!! This 1967 Corvette Stingray 427 was tuned for the Yas Marina tracks and it will not let you down there. The beauty of this tune is that these times were set racing in public lobbies! (The exception being Yas South) Here are some times that have been posted in this beast. (All times by me unless otherwise noted):

Part two of the Twin Pack is none other than the 1969 Chevrolet Nova SS 396.

This car is a lobby monster and can be run virtually anywhere. It will hold its own anywhere from Sebring to Prague. Acceleration is king in FM5 and this car has got it! I don’t have a lot of posted times in this car as it was an early tune that was overtaken by other cars. I will eventually set out with this car and do a track specific tune for it. Until then, enjoy crushing the lobbies!!

When I first picked up FM5, I struggled with Yas Marina tracks so I wanted to tune something for all of them…mission accomplished. The Nova would still be on most boards if I hadn’t started running the C2 in the lobbies. With proper hotlapping, these two cars will come out pretty close to each other at all times…ENJOY!

I really like the Yas Marina tracks so looking forward to grabbing these when I’m on next and trying them out.

Vette is lethal Eagle !
Taking the Nova for a spin now.

If its like the Vette , my wife may never get her cup of tea ! Lol

I tried the Nova out last night on Yas Marina South ran a 1:05.215 #25, it’s got more in it couldn’t put together a complete lap. I’ll try it out on the other Yas tracks when I get time and also try out the Vette. Great job on the Nova tune Eagle.

Edit: I just reran Yas Marina South in the Nova and got a 1:04.968 #15, I’ve paced a 1:04.7xx but can’t put it all together.

Congrats on the double pack Eagle,

I ve tried the C2, it is a great car. I love it. I have yet to try the nova but i m pretty sure it will be as good if not better. You re becoming one of my fav tuners m8.

For anyone who didn t try the C2 yet, you are missing something.

I just ran the Nova on Yas Marina North and got a 1:16.087 #36. Again great job on the tune Eagle, I’m really loving it.
