What is the optimal tire temp in forza 5 I read every were it says 180 to 220 but no matter what I do it stays at 230.**
I believe it was 180-220 some elements of tuning are similar so you get a lot of cross info. The tire system in Forza 5 is much different and its more about pressure. Aim for 32 PSI when tires warm up.
Thanks for that, the only thing i noticed is most of my tire pressure is around 27lbs. It seems a bit too low as a number but I do seem to get good performance out of it. just takes 1/2 to 3/4 of a race to get to the 32lbs.

yeah, in FM3 and FM4, I spent more time adjusting camber to make sure tire temps were even across the three zones on a tire…more so than adjusting things to get to an exact temperature range.
I’m not seeing much differences in tire temps when adjusting camber here yet in FM5. Been racing/tuning in many of the lower classes though.
Same here I can get temps to rise lol but its a no go below 230 lol
