Thrustmaster TX - Won't get past calibration.

I’m hoping someone else knows an easy fix for this problem, I’ll describe the full situation.

I went to use my Wheel for the first time in a few months. It would begin calibration and then stop mid way through. It will spin to one hard stop, start spinning to the other and then the lights just go out.

Last time I had to update the firmware, so I unhooked from the xbone and moved everything to my PC. Fully updated the firmware to 48.B9 and dragged everything back to the xbone.

Plugged it back in and the exact same thing happened. I tried a side USB port and a rear USB port and had the same situation on both. Unplugged the cable (break away connection) 5 or 6 times, each time the exact same result.
Powered down the xbox (held the button for 5 seconds), then powered it back up.
Used a controller to start forza, plugged in the wheel, same thing.

When I plug it back into my PC, everything is working again.
I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the February xbone update, but if others still have working wheels please post and let me know!

Thanks

Hopefully someone will be able to chime in with their experiences; however, I would also suggest you check with Thrustmaster technical support directly in case this is an issue they need to look at and potentially issue a fix.

I’m trying to cover all of my bases.
I’ve submitted a ticket to Thrustmaster and spent 1 hour with Xbox chat support today already (no fix there).
I kind of hope it’s just my wheel, but right now it’s a real bummer.

Did you ever get this working and resolved? I was having similar issues as well after the Feb update.

I had the same issue with mine. It turned out to be the Ian cable bit at the end that comes apart. Thrustmaster sent me a new one but they were also used on the Xbox 360 play and charge kits so can steal one from one of those if you have one.

I still have the issue, no response from Thrustmaster either.
The hardware still works on PC completely, so I don’t think it’s a cable issue (can’t say for sure, but I don’t see how that would be).
