In the settings you can turn them down to 1 and not to 0 
i really dont want listen to music when im driving, the only music i want to here is the turbo and engine sounds 
how can i turn them off?

I’m not playing right now, but I believe it’s one of the directional buttons. Just keep going past groove and it’ll have “radio off” after that.

I went into the audio settings and turned all the music down all the way.
As clutch said
Left and right buttons on the dpad until you get to radio off
Others have pointed out the solution.
It’s important to say, though, that with radio off the sound of the engine is boosted, so you’ll get to hear it in all its glory. 
Which is why the best combo for music in FH3 is really radio off + Spotify or Groove.
