Jumped on for the first time in about a week (X1) was prompted to update the game and now keep receiving this error message. " there was a problem with the update". Checked my connection and its fine, can play other games ( battlefield) online fine…anyone got a solution? The game wont launch without the update.
Do a hard shutdown/restart of your console:
1 - from the Dashboard, out of any games, hold the X button on the console until you have total shutdown.
2 - Remove the external power pack connection from the wall (or at least the wall-side portion on the power pack itself.
3 - Wait until all power is drained from the power pack, usually around 60 seconds or so. You can tell because the light on the pack will go to dull orange, then none.
4 - Reconnect the electrical plug side.
5 - Start the console as you normally do, then attempt to launch FH2.

im still facing this problem
