Hi, the Geri20055 XBOX Live profile was banned from Forza Horizon. Can i get an information about it?

1: Who banned this profile?
2: Why?
3: I think the ban was mistake. If it’s true, how and who can cancel the ban?

Geri20055 profile is my son’s profile, he can’t speak talk dirty in english, he use original Xbox 360 console (no modding). He never ever cheated.
