The sheer dissapointment of one hours gameplay tonight in Elite Leagues

For the love of god!!!

This is my night (saturday) playing elite leagues .

For one hour!

Using my thrustmaster TX wheel.My setup has cost me over £3000 including my tv. This setup has given me great joy on Forza 5 and Horizon 2.

  1. Sound completley cutting out
    (No sound at all- even party chat) during races on my headset,causing missed gears and confusion. It Happens every other race.

Turning the controller on and off rectifies the problem if done in the lobby track screen but i am now doing this after every race.
It is becoming tiresome.
If i dont do this every other race it causes in game freeze that either:

a) Causes you to crash off the track/or smash someone off the track
b) makes you lose 3-4 seconds through a glitch losing 1-2 places.

  1. Steering going weird.

The wheel drops all ffb and becames light as a feather.
Unless you drive around a bend where it seems to jump too 100% making the car undrivable.
Also pulls to the left on braking.
I have to quit the race and unplug the wheel and plug it back in.

  1. I started a race on Texas league and made a great launch off the start.
    Unfortunatley my THA8 shifter didnt work meaning i couldnt change gear. The steering worked and pedals just the shifter.
    I had to quit the game and unplug the wheel from the mains to get it to work correctly.

  2. Mid race the sound went funny and dasboarded me to the home screen.
    I needed to re-load the game.

  3. When the race started gear 1 looked to the right and accelerated but ended up going to reverse.
    (A known bug)

I swear this has all happened in 1 HOUR of trying to play leagues.
I hope Turn 10 will read this and look into ficing the problem.
Forza has always been my go to game but at the minute i am starting to get very frustrated with this.

Another fifteen minutes of racing has been wasted writing this post.

All in all i managed 3 races in total in one hour.

I love Forza, please make this game enjoyable for me once again Turn 10.

I played one league race and I have never been back. I play with the veiw in-car and off the start in all the traffic noise I could not hear my engine noise to shift properly and missed the timing on 3rd to 4th bouncing it off the Redline and was rear ended Huge crash, my fault. I stay back and get used to driving with the tach and stay away from other racers so to not crash anyone else. In a bit I was doing better with the shifting watching the Tach so I catch up with the pack and race again. As I’m in the group racing again I can’t hear my engine so I am looking more at my Tach and they slow. I plow into the pack way hot and now caused wreck #2. Ashamed I backed out and too embarrassed and afraid to go back on. I now have jumk stats and for someone who cares more about racing clean rather than winning I’m embarrassed. I am also not fond of the on/off league times either but sound of cars is why I have not been back. I am not going on and doing that again and I don’t want to race in Automatic either. Maybe someday I will go back but I’m not ready yet.I HATE wrecking someone else’s race and it be my fault!!!

i hope the sound issue will be fixed and so the wheel support. it´s impossible to get a feeling for the shift points and drive in pulk situations.

With certain cars I am also having trouble hearin my car and it does distract from the race. I run manual/clutch…it would seem turn10 have some patching to do.
