Dear forza community forums,
First off I’d like to say props to turn 10 for designing such a fantastic game. Although there is one thing which I’m sure a large majority of users world wide are dissapointed in relation to.
Where are our JDM cars?
I’ve come to the sad realisation that they will never be included simply because turn 10 is an American based game designer. Where as polyphony the manufacturers of grand turismo are a Japanese game designer.
Forza will never be able to compete with Grand turismo’s car selection which is why many people are migrating back to grand turismo. Forza’s game physics and everything I can think of are incredible but a huge chunk is letting it down being the car selection.
The car selection in Grand turismo is invigorating, Always something new and fun to drive, The game never gets old… Been a microsoft and xbox fan since day one but I’m honestly having second thoughts now after seeing how many people were setup for dissapointment.
I’m sure i speak for many of us when I state this by elaborating on what brings that magic spark to the game. It’s the car selection…
The vast range of cars available to purchase and race is what makes the game what it is. For many users like myself who have their license and own some of the most enjoyable and unique modified cars it’s a shame when they aren’t included into the game where as grand turismo have included them. Yeah I am well aware of the laser scanning but that still shouldn’t justify enough of a reason to not include them into the game. Turn 10 is a multi million dollar franchise and I’m sure they can afford laser scanning on many cars we all dream of.
Where are all the following classic, unique and popular jdm rides?
Toyota chasers/crowns/mark II’s/celsiors/aristos…
Honda civic FD2R’s/EJ1’s
Nissan 180sx/ Silvia S13/14/15
Nissan Skyline R31/32/33/34 (Sedans, Coupes)
Nissan Stagea (C34/M35)
Nissan laurels
Nissan cefiros
All these cars are classic Japanese motoring history in the import world yet none of them have been added when they rightfully deserve a solid place.
I don’t intend for this to come across as offensive in any way but, How about listening to the consumer for a change turn 10 rather than making the game what you want?
These various cars and others are what the consumer wants yet you’re going crazy and giving us ridiculous cars…
I can guarantee half of the games players are Japanese car fanatics.
If you all look closely we have the american versions of most of the Japanese imports, 240sx (180sx JDM) ect…
Do with this information what you wish but I guarantee you if proper JDM cars aren’t added into the game you’re going to have a substantial quantity of unhappy customers ready for the new Grand Turismo launch.
This by no means is a car request it’s simply a bit of constructive criticism. Before anyone starts attacking me over this post the majority of us want proper Japanese imported cars.
