The Podium Fanfare At The End Of A Race ~ Is It Bugged?

i noticed sometimes at the end of a race there is a podium fanfare with info about skills, rank and such being calculated

and then other times i just get put back on the street with nothing but a couple text popup on the screen r even nothing at all!

what makes the podium fanfare happen?

shouldnt it happen all the time?

is it bugged when it doesnt happen?

I´m having the same problem. It looks like a bug, but i couldn´t find anything about it. You´re the first one i see reporting the same thing.

I have noticed it does the podium finish cut scene when you level up, so you can do the wheel spin you earned. Honestly, I’d rather it just store the wheel spin for me to do when I’d like to use it.
