The game has problems loading the world

Ok, let me start saying that yes, my PC isn’t high end, and yes, maybe I should turn down my configs a little bit. But I’m not complaining about FPS or lag spikes, I’m complaining about draw distance, world texture quality and world loading problems. Here’s the thing: with my actual configs, I need to put “ambient texture quality” and “geometry quality” (both of them) in the lowest option possible, because if I make any one of them just one tick higher, the game has problems loading the world. If I go 400km/h+ in the motorway, the game at one point will stop me completely, the world will dissapear for a second and it complains about “low bandwith transmission”. It gets even worse when I’m in Edinburgh, more than 250km/h already cause this bug to happen. Like I said, I have no high-end machine, but considering I get an average of 45fps with my actual configs, I alwasy have 1gb of vram free, and my processor does pretty well in the performance test (and also, it is equal or better than the recommended processor), putting any of those configs on medium shouldn’t cause the game to not load properly. Besides, even with these options on max and the other ones on lowest, the draw distance is still pretty bad, the grass loads in a 10 meters area only basically, and anything farther than 15 meters has an extremely blurry texture. Also, after researchign a little bit on the forums, I noticed other people also have this problem, even someone using an Xbox One S, wich makes me believe the problem is in fact caused by the game. My configs are:
GPU: Galax GeForce GTX 1050TI 4GB
CPU: AMD FX-8350 4ghz
RAM: 26GB of RAM
(Also on a side note, I believe that if I had an SSD the game would load better, but I don’t think my HD is the cause of the world not loading properly since other games like Horizon 3 and GTA V don’t have this problem and never had).

But this game has more bells and whistles for you to tinker with!
Your config is low budget which leads me to think your hard drive is and is old. Therefore it is likely it is dying. The lubrication inside the drive could be bad, the platters could be damaged, the heads might be out of alignment etc etc.
What is the drive model, name, and size. How old is it?
Problems loading in textures could be an issue with your drive but your CPU is weak and so is your GPU, what about your RAM? 26GB is an odd amount to have.
Anything else you haven’t told us in your post? Like your cat like to sleep in your case, it’s currently in a pond, there’s and inter-galactic war going on inside your case between two microscopic fleets loosing off all kinds of debris and plasma bolts, anything like that?

“(Also on a side note, I believe that if I had an SSD the game would load better, but I don’t think my HD is the cause of the world not loading properly since other games like Horizon 3 and GTA V don’t have this problem and never had)”. Other games load, only this game has problems, ONLY. The problem isn’t my hardware. Don’t come saying my PC is “low-end”, It’s the recommended for this game, I can run it almost on ultra.

Your CPU is ancient and was underpowered when it wasn’t.
What is your RAM? Make, model etc.
Your GPU runs this game on ultra? I very much doubt that but carry on.

Can’t you see the screenshot I took? 75% of the configs are on ultra/extreme and I get more than 40fps. My CPU has 8 cores with 4ghz, and it is underpowered? Even in the time it was new? And the ram is making the game wont load? THE RAM? Honestly, you clearly don’t wanna help, keep saying “[Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]”, when I clearly stated that no other game has problems + I get 40+fps on ultra, I reach recommended, this shouldn’t be happening, end of story, stop blaming my PC.

Ok, tried to help you got offended cos your pc isn’t up to spec and is overclocked and became obnoxious so you’re one your own. Bye.

It isn’t overclocked, 4.0Ghz is the stock for my processor. You say it’s ancient and don’t even know it’s power, very cool, you’re really helpful. Also, if I run every single new game on full HD with high configs in 40fps+, yes I am up to spec, you don’t need to run everything on ultra 4k 144fps to be “up to spec”, not eveyone has a kidney to sell to buy a freaking 2080ti

I don’t have 2080 either. Because i don’t have a kidney to sell either. I’m on a GTX 1070 and will be for a while.
For why your chip isn’t up to it on these open world games like horizon watch this video;

This is a common issue. Check the forum, there are plenty of threads related to “low bandwidth error”. And many of the people who experience it have high end rigs with ssd’s. Playground Games just doesn’t do anything to fix it.

You are not alone. Same issue when going too fast in game. In 4k ultra, I get rock solid 60fps, never ever dropped below that. It really doesn’t make any sense.

Specs:

Board: Gigabyte Z370P D3
CPU: I7-8700k
RAM: 16GB
HDD: Brand new 7200rpm 2tb ( Tried installing it on my 128gb ssd, same problem)
SSD: 128GB (Using it for Windows installation)
GPU: GTX 1080ti Aeorus Gigabyte
OS: Windows 10

Honestly, with the actual configs you see in the photo I posted, I only have problems in edinburgh when I’m going 300km/h+. Anywhere else, I can go 450km/h with the Agera RS, no problem at all. To be fair, today I had one of these erros happening in a random location, but I was somewhat near edinburgh, leaving it actually, using my ultrawide monitor wich strikes considerably my GPU ram. There seems to be a problem with the world loading, but maybe my problem is actually my processor is pretty old + my HD is old. I’ll buy an SSD in this Black Friday and check if it helps anything. If it doesn’t, the problem probably is the game.

Do you have your “Mirror Reflection Quality” set to extreme by chance?

I know the tooltip says “only takes effect in driver view” but I had the same problem as you, and so I dropped all of my Extreme settings down to Ultra and it stopped so I was like “well Mirror Reflection Quality should be safe to put at Extreme because it’s crashing when I’m not in driver view”

Nope, started crashing again when I put it up to Extreme even though I wasn’t in that camera view. Turned it off, stopped crashing. Turned all the other Extremes up to Extreme except for Mirror Reflection Quality. Still didn’t crash. Turned MRQ up again, crashing, turn off no crashing. So pretty safe to assume the culprit with me at least was Mirror Reflection QUality. If you have that set at Extreme might try turning it down to Ultra and see if it resolves the issue for you. If you don’t you might be encountering some other issue with a similar symptom than I was experiencing.

Well, my game doesn’t crash… the problem is wolrd loading, nothing else. Also, the problem occurs in third person or first person the same way.
