I generally don’t post on the forums anymore due to the negativity, but I was so ecstatic with the last car pack that I had to say something.
Turn 10, thank you for the Alfa Romeo SZ!
Some background:
I fell in love with cars in 2004. Maybe it was the FnF movies, maybe it was my mechanic friends. Nevertheless, I was hooked.
Of course I started with the usuals: Skylines, Civics, STi’s. You get the idea.
Well, after a couple years, my tastes started maturing, and I started looking at more lesser-known cars. Several of those cars that I liked back then, I have moved on from. Two of them, however, have stuck around through all of my taste changes: The Alfa Romeo SZ and the Nissan Autech Stelvio Zagato.

Both cars are so period-expressive. So weird and experimental and futuristic for the time, and I love them both! Well, as they are both cars that are rather odd and rare, I never expected to see one in Forza. I posted in the request forums in previous iterations, but never bothered posting about either one, as it would be like asking for a Honda S800 Coniglio: a car that few know of and fewer can relate to… not a financially viable decision. You can imagine my surprise, then, when I woke up Friday morning to find one of my favorite cars of all time showing up in Forzacentral. Hosanna! They read my mind and made a terrible business choice, as i can’t imagine many people would buy the pack for that car alone. This leads me to believe that someone at Turn 10 is a fan of the SZ and pushed it to his or her cohorts. Either way, it’s here, and I love it. Thanks for always surprising me, T10!
