Technical help please! Profile not loading!

Howdy
My friend is having problems with his forza profile.
It is saying “Load failed”
Im write in thinking the profile is corrupt? if so is there anywhere is retrieving the profile or at least my friend having his credits saved.

Please help as he has over 20 million credits!

My profile was not loading one day after trying 3 different times so I turned off the console and unplugged the xbox 1 and then plugged it back in again and it worked.
