It is taking like 10 to 15 mins if at all to apply my paints or ones I have purchased to any of my cars. Need help
This is forza its always been like this.The more paints you have the slower it gets.Every time i save a paint it takes a age don’t think turn 10 will ever fix it…
Make sure each and every file has a unique name will help a little.
I barely have many paints and it’s never done this before
maybe clearing you cache [LINK] would help?
15 minutes? Ouch. I wont complain about my one minute wait time to load a livery.
As stated by others. Unique names and clearing out paints you no longer want may help.

It’s also a known issue if you have multi screen turned on and aren’t using multiple screens, paints won’t load.

I agree with clearing the Cache.
Have you considered purging liveries you aren’t using?
Last, do you have Disc One installed onto your Hard Drive? I was amazed how much faster things ran after I did that.
Check the multiscreen setting first. There are YouTube things showing how to adjust your interior view height or something by enabling the triple screens, even if you don’t have that setup.
