When signing into the support site to submit a ticket, both the “submit ticket” and “sign in” buttons redirect to forza.net on all browsers and systems.
When accessing the “submit a ticket” page from this page, I do get the " Please sign in to submit a ticket." dialog, but as aforementioned, the site will not allow sign in.
What do? Am at the point of initiating a charge-back via bank as game is unplayable and support is not provided.
