After installing Forza 5, I had some issues that required me to reset my Xbox One back to factory defaults.
When the system was restored, I reinstalled Forza 5, but the graphic on the “my games” page shows
“47% Ready to Start” and hasn’t changed. Does this mean the game is only 47% installed? If so, why would it
say ready to start?

It means you can still play some of the game. If its still stuck on 47 it might be a problem with xbox live and updates being downloaded. You may want to check the status of live I was having issues for an hour myself today.

Someone feel free to correct me if Im wrong but if I was you Rex I would delete the 47% and try reinstalling to get the 100%.
