Storm Island and Car meets wont work

I bought Storm Island but its grayed out and if i drive to a car meet it just backs me out like nothing happens

Worst developer on the planet, I paid for Storm Island and there is no way to contact support. Turn 10 its not hard to have a little email where people can reach you its pretty simple and that way you wont have upset customers left with no help

Easy fix. You have not progressed far enough into the game to unlock those features. You must complete the third single-player championship at Sisteron and return to the Festival Hub for the awards ceremony. After doing so, you will have access to Storm Island and Car Meets.

And to access it you need to go to the Storm Island marker on the north end of the Nice docks once you have progresses far enough to unlock everything.
