I have this problem from the start but after 1 month im tired of this,tried everything but still have the problem and i dont see any news about it.
Dont have auction house,online etc.

Yeah, almost the same, but I have auction house. No clubs tho, no online. i piad a 100 euros just to play with my friends, but no. No reply from support either. My ticket is 23 days old. (#3459)
