It’s been a while! Hope everyone has been well. I found this week’s challenges to be a little bit more challenging for once, so I figured it would be worthwhile to share my guide here. We are taking a look at the #Forzathon Weekly challenges in Forza Horizon 4, from the Spring #Forzathon “Grand Prize.” For those of you who would prefer a text version over watching a video, this is for you!
You’ll need to be in a MODERN SPORTS CAR for the entire #Forzathon. I chose the 2011 Lotus Evora S. After testing a few cars, I found it to work the best to easily complete all the challenges. If you would like to download my tune, search for creator “Stevio2175”
OWN and DRIVE ANY MODERN SPORTS CAR - Filter for Modern Sports Cars in the Festival, and then take it out and hit the gas
Earn 3 Stars at the Moorhead Wind Farm Speed Trap - Filter your world map for “speed traps,” and look just below and to the right of the Moorhead Wind Farm location on the map. The 3 star goal is 240MPH, easily achievable with my Evora tune. I recommend starting from the left side of the map and driving to the right (towards the Bamburgh Castle) - This way you’ll be driving downhill to aid in acceleration, and it is an easier straightaway. Have rewind on in case you screw up.
Earn 1 Airborne Pass Skill - Air Skill + Pass Skill, pretty much at the same time. The AIR SKILL HAS TO COME FIRST! I created a custom route a while back off the Horizon Festival Sprint, which is the road race everyone starts with by the Horizon Festival. Go there, scroll over to “custom events,” and search for creator “Stevio2175” - The race starts with a long straightaway that, with S2 class cars, also has a hill that causes you to catch air while passing cars in the beginning of the race. Have rewind on, or just restart the race if anything goes wrong. You basically just hit it full throttle and drive straight, avoid the stupid drivatars as needed. You’ll catch air off the jump, and then usually time passing a drivatar perfectly after that. I recommend PRO difficulty if you use my tune. Remember, YOU JUST NEED ONE. One and done.
Achieve TWO Podium Finishes in ROAD RACING SERIES EVENTS - Place #1, #2, or #3 two races. They have to be road races, which are colored as blue on the map. You can also filter for them on the world map if you are unsure. Make your difficulty whatever you need to, to finish top 3. Very simple!
That’s about it - remember, these guides are intended for newer, less experienced players, so if you have any questions still, feel free to ask! I’ll be happy to answer any questions, and so should others from the community here. As always, thanks for watching/reading, and hope this helps everyone out and saves you some time. Completing this Weekly #Forzathon is CRUCIAL in getting your Festival Playlist to 80% completion. Go win that NEW Rimac (50%) and the rare Blob Eye Subie (80%)! Hope everyone has a great week, happy racing! Peace
