are you still having the problem because I can help, just message me on xboxlive, or PM me on the xbox forums (http://forums.xbox.com) also here are some things to try:
one unplug your router and turn off all devices then connect to it after 5 minutes
two, try to clear your systems cache, settings, system, storage, hover over HDD, (or main storage) hit Y, select clear system cache, hit yes
three, try to connect to another router and see if it works
