Some help for a novice?

How do I start, what is an easy way to train myself in tuning a car?
I read the sticky tune guide. Helpful, absolutely!

But where do I start to get a harmony in all those elements.
If i start with tires for example how do I no if this right suppose
to the springs. Can’t see the forrest trough all the trees i suppose…

Thanks

Run lap after lap after lap and make small adjustments. The most important thing (for me) is to run. Every lap consistently or u won’t get a good feel for the adjustments u r making. Try multiple upgrade combinations and see which one fits your driving style(everybody has a unique style) also play with your assists. I found out a while back that manual shifting with clutch can gain u 2 seconds a lap on the bigger tracks. Keep practicing we have all been there

I usualy start with the tire, i set them to be at 32-33 psi when warm. (Usualy its 28.5-29 psi)
Then I go for the brake balance, as most cars doesnt have the brake balance I like.
Then I setup the differential and the ride height depending of the track/car.

After that I just run the car, analyse the problem, and fix accordingly.

Do your homework before every race some tracks demand high speed all the time like Spa but some are all about slow cornering weaving in and out of corners so a good suspension setup and downforce package should work well!
