I enjoyed doing solo mission’s in the story mode in FH1, but I felt quite disconnected, the random AI drivers just did not feel real enough for me. So I would like to know if I can go about my story missions while having live players driving around the world? Can I jion a free roam session and continue to do my story missions. I’m not talking about side races and events etc, I’m talking the actual single player racers, but with live players driving around doing their own thing?
While the specifics are not yet clear to my knowledge, I’d expect this should be possible. Being in an online session should allow you to join the online game modes while still leaving the career events available.
If I remember right you can do all your events in a free-roam session, and if I remember right Horizon 2 doesn’t actually have a story. Makes sense really since you aren’t racing fictional characters, but Drivatars.
In the demo there seems to be the events in online mode, but they hey populated with real players. Hopefully it is just like progressing in the solo mode
