So today I walked in 31 degree weather to a store 4 miles away to get a $25 dollar card to buy the blizzard mountain DLC. get home buy the DLC do that download do the regular game update set up my Thrusmaster tmx wheel with the 6 speed shifter and pro petals with clutch. updates took forever. so I start the game look at the map nothing there then find the dlc tab and its all locked and says keep playing to unlock. [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D] is that crap I cant even drive around the DLC I just paid $20 for. so what part of the game or level do I have too be at to play my $20 paid DLC!!! I used that wheel setup and have it all on sim setting and it make the game hard. why would you level out a paid DLC on the free roam I can see the races but the Freerowm too. I don’t know if ill buy and future expansions now might have to be level 200 or have beaten all the races on the hardest diff to even see it. whats worse is I wanted to see it this morning because I have to do 16hr days for the next 5 days at my job then ill be away all around Christmas at my brothers in another state and I can’t take my wheel with because its in a big sim chair seat unit.
best thing is now they tease me with it in the splash loading screens and I pisses me off knowing I paid for the DLC and cant play it they don’t even tell you the requirements to unlock it. do I have to level to a level win all the races upgrade all the places its just KEEP PLAYING TO UNLOCK your PAID CONTENT.
Have you gone to the airport?
Focus on earning fans. Blizzard Mtn should unlock when you open the third site on the main game map.

This is how expansions usually work when there is a progression system involved, requiring some kind of progress to made before allowing you to access it.

If you just bought Forza and expect to have enough fans from the get-go to “justify” the move to Blizzard mountain, you would be wrong. Play the game first.
How far actually are you through the game? I imagine you’d at least need to unlock your second festival.
Edit: Oh, the third festival? That’s actually surprisingly far into the game.

level 2 on the lower right area level 2 on the upper left area desert area. ohh well guess ill see it next year because I wont have any time to play for hours in the the next few weeks as I said above. I just wanted to free drive on the mountain to see it for my $20 bucks. if I cant beat the races on the setting I have then I guess ill never get to these expansions they make. I glad I didn’t get the expansion pass. I did get the $99 version but I feel like I wasted this #20 here for this level wall.
