I’ve seen people talking about their skipped rewards cars for leveling up. Where do you find this? I don’t see it anywhere.
When the reward selection screen pops up, hit B instead of selecting a reward. You will then be able to select it from the main menu later.

Your skipped rewards are stored in the rewards menu, it’s the menu section just past the section with car collector, my garage, buy car, specialty dealer etc.
If you skip several, they accumulate here, they are retrievable in the order only in which they were placed in there.
It gets tricky when you skip a car that’s too expensive at the time only to have free cars get trapped behind it when levelling up in multiplayer or leagues.

Yeah just saw how it works…I choose the money over a LOT of cars since I’ve been at tier 5 for a while & I’m only interested in about 10% of the cars in the game. I just wonder if I collect all the cars will I see cars I already own offered again or will I get the locked cars offered.
You’ll see cars offered again later. Over and over, if you keep driving. Some more than others. Suits too.

If a repeat suit shows up, is there any sort of notification to let you know you already have it?
from what others have said you wont get offered a duplicate, maybe they would appear if you have skipped some rewards though so not sure if that will just grey out or not
Once you’ve been through all the reward-obtainable driver gears, that slot is filled with a 5-pack of mod cards.
