Same issue on PS5, cannot link Microsoft account, tried everything-I pre-ordered the Premium Edition. I played for 17 hours. Due to this error, I haven’t been able to play for months. This is completely unacceptable.

If you have the same issue, please click the ▲ (Vote) button at the top left of this thread. The devs prioritize fixing bugs based on vote count. Two votes won’t get this fixed.

It’s the same story on PS5: I can’t log in. Either it says my account is already linked—supposedly to a different profile—or it claims there’s no internet connection, even though my Wi-Fi is delivering speeds of 300 Mbps.
