I have a same problem at ps5… I tried re-install but it doesn’t help… The last patch when installed the Ps5 needed to link microsoft account again..but it is not working…Before the last patch everything was okay..

Mines started Friday or Saturday night and it’s beyond irritating paying for a game you can’t do NOTHING with and I bought the DLC hot wheels and rally and didn’t even get to play them smhhhh FIX THISSSSSSSS

I’m the same it’s stressing me right out I cannot get on the game, says I need to be logged into a profile or something but I’ve literally been playing the game since it came out on ps, I literally do not have a clue what to do
After trying everything I’ve read, I found an option under microsoft.com profile settings to sign me out of everything all at the same time. I did the link process one more time and it worked. It logged me into game without the error.

Still happening to me, opened a support ticket and tried everything in their automated response but no luck
I am from Singapore (Asia), and I found the solution: reset your Microsoft account password from Microsoft webpage, once reset, go to PS5 and scan the QR code to sign-in as usual.

Yes, I can vouch for this too. Just saw on a post on Reddit that resetting/adding a password to log into your Microsoft account fixes it
I just bought it two days ago and i tried everything but still keeps giving me the same error

Having the issue trying to sign in on playstation even tho im able to log into my microsoft it wont link it will keep making me repeat the process.
