Hey Guys. I just finished all Saison Events (except daily’s) and hit 80% in Series which should give me the Ford Capri FE… But nope. It still say 80% but No Car.
Anyone else have this Issue?

PGG did again a quick and dirty solution. i think we will get the Capri in 1 week.

It doesnt unlock until the final week unlocks since it was originally 100% for the whole 4 weeks

so 80% = 79% ?
This seems identical to the issue I was having with the Pontiac GTO in that I had only and exactly 80% completion and it wasn’t unlocking. As soon as I did a PR stunt to add 7% though it unlocked right away.
It seems as though there might be some rounding going on meaning that even if it displays 80%, you may actually have 79.9% or something so it doesn’t reward you, or a similar issue. I very much expect that anyone with this issue will get their Capri as soon as they do tomorrow’s Daily challenge though.

If you add all percentages together, you get 100% + 100% + 94% + 24% = 318%
Divided by 4 is 79,5%.
So you don’t actually have 80% yet. It’s just been rounded up.

This is good maths. I also wonder if, in non-Showcase seasons, the actual event weightings may have hidden decimals too, resulting in the 80% Pontiac reward also falling prey to rounding issues.
Yeah, according to this every daily challenge makes 1% per season.
1 / 4 = 0,25%
So it’s 0,25 % annual progression.
Those who have 79,5 % need two more dailies á 0,25% to recach 80%, that will be tomorrow.

Well then, Saturday it should be the real 80% after I’ve finished two more dailies. 
I had this in a previous season, it showed 50% but I didn’t get the 50% car until I did something else. Just rounding, as explained above, nothing to worry about.

Same here. I did yestarday all and reach 80% but unfortunately capri fe won’t unlocked.
Same here, will obviously just have to wait and see!
If you’re a programmer you’re supposed to make the text match the final result by using the same mathematics for both, not write one piece of maths to show on screen, and another piece of maths to give you the Capri FE.

Calm down and put away the abacus ladies…
If you’ve 100% completed both seasons and monthly challenges then we will get the Capri FE later today on the next daily challenge. It obviously needs one more little nudge to be above 80%.

As Diabl0000000 noted above, we looked into your account and you have 79.5% and it’s rounded up. You will need to do another aspect of Festival Playlist to unlock it.

Wouldn’t rounding the display value down to the nearest integer make a lot more sense here?
When at any point in time during school, did anyone ever tell you to just round down when something is 50% of the way to the next number?

In situations like this, rounding is inappropriate. Decimals should just be dropped.
