I mean, they could but it would have to be adjusted according to the game.
It almost seems to me, if you know how to set up a car in the real world, setting up a car in this game is just about a 180 degree setup from the real world.
Couldn’t agree more. Why do we even have a “red line” on the speedo? Very few cars even follow it (you can easily go 1k past “red line” in game. I guess valve float and PTV clearance isn’t a thing…
Sso true, even if you’re running with full damage there is no engine drivetrain damage.
Does anyone know if the better tunes you can download in the game are better because the people making the tune know how work the advanced tuning settings?
In general you can’t always know if a tune is better or just more popular. Some popularity just results from them coming from a specific person or it is really good for a specific purpose (track or PR event). That being said, yes I do believe that in a lot of cases those tuners do understand the fine tweaking. Still a tune may not be compatible with either your driving style ir setup, like manual vs automatic shifting.
So don’t be too disappointed if a tune with a lot of stars does not seem to work for what you’re trying to do.
It would be a nice feature for future games if we could be able to make adjustments to downloaded tunes.
I would only be on board with that if you couldn’t reshare the tune on your own and claim credit for work you didn’t actually do. I’m trying to learn more about tuning in the game right now (I use my own tunes almost exclusively) and it’s complicated and time consuming…at least for me. 
The really good tuners should credit when they make a great tune IMO.
It shouldn’t be to hard to lock the original tune creator’s name. Even if it did allow the tune to be re-shared, then the original creator would still be one getting credit.
Or just disable sharing on downloaded tunes.
Also liveries. Some liveries are really good but just have one little flaw that could be fixed if we could edit them. Obviously, we shouldn’t be allowed to share the edited liveries, though.
Honestly, the entire update felt really sloppy, neglected, and low-effort. When was the last time FH5 had completely new cars added to it?

Thank you! That makes sense. Does anyone have a suggested tuner for my driving style? I use manual mode and all assists off. I tend drive/race the same car, mostly online racing, so I can get a feel for the car and also the engine sound so I know when to shift without looking at the tach. I am a technical driver and I tend to apex early and drive through the flags. I am very methodical to my racing (one reason wall crasher really tick me off) and neither my breaking nor my acceleration is binary. That is, it’s not full break or full throttle, its a matter of slow adjustment based on how well I picked the line and how well I can exit the turn based on the line I managed.
I’d never heard of Donut Media before. I don’t do social media and that seems to be their target. Thought it was going to be a promotion with a donut company like the Opi car.
I’d like more achievements to be added. You can make the game have a maximum of 5000GS by the final update. Please use it.

Why? You’re using someone else’s work. People could re-upload the edited tune and claim it as their own and rake in all the rewards. That’s exactly why tunes and paints are locked
