So, this layout is pretty much completely copied over from the Red Bull CPD (you can YT that, it’s actually a pretty fun format) series.
Here’s the detailed rule set
This will require you to smash 10 marker boards to finish.
Each board grants you 10 bonus points, so does the pendulum ball.
Contacting with a wall for a drift tap will award 10 bonus points as well, but will deduct the force of impact from your score, so only taps at less than 10nm of force are profitable. In other words “gentle as hell” This was done to penalize the lack of precission, but also reward extreme precission. High risk high reward kind of deal.
You are free to chose how you approach each obstacle and lines through it, but you must do the obstacles in order.
The system also scores your drift and awards bonus points for the drift score.
You can use any car you wish, and you can also not drift if you so desire. It will still result in a completed run.
This is the first time i’ve decided to take a look at the custom rules, so I already see flaws and way to play the system, but it’s not really a competetive world wide leaderboard.
