Are there any plans to address these players that bounce all over the screen, driving through folks, and when you get near them, your screen freezes, and when it comes back, you’re an eighth of a mile from them, when you were right on their bumper before it glitched? They appear and reappear from nowhere. I’m assuming it’s the same players/issues that you literally never see, but they jumped ahead of you on the leaderboard. Running in podium position the whole race, nobody passes you, you don’t actually see the other racer, but you suddenly dropped a position…they’re just an extra dot on your mini map…or the players who you see miss a checkpoint right in front of you, then respawn…right in front of you. I miss a checkpoint and drop 8 spots.
Are there plans to address this? I’m reporting them because l assume they’re hacking or lag switching…or both. If it’s bad connections keep them out of the lobbies that have good pings. They ruin the session and are frankly ruining online play. Coupled with the disconnects and seasonal whatever that have these idiot offline players wrecking and blocking their teammates to unlock an achievement. I get that you guys are attempting to get players playing online/TEAM adventures. But the reason everyone is quitting is because it’s a demolition derby, there’s no consequence to crashing your teammates or pushing them off checkpoints. You need a system to report bum teammates which is essentially team killing, and get these lagswitchers or hackers, or just their bad internet out of our lobbies. They ruin races. They’re ruining online play, and it’s obviously became a problem that you guys have tried to force people to play online who really don’t want to, so they can unlock some BS car or achievement. When all you’ve really done is made it worse for the online players who enjoy team adventure. Alienate your base to try to lure new players into this game mode. Not to mention ya’ll crashed the servers with this marketing ploy, so that’s another issue we dealt with…l get game pass exclusively for fh4, and this month, your game was unplayable for 25% of this month’s subscription. No big deal, though right? Just clear your cache, if that doesn’t work, get back to us…oh, delete your profile and reserved space…ummm re-install the game. When it was ya’ll overloading the servers the whole time. I’ll be asking Microsoft support to reimburse me for the week that your game was broken, as it’s the only game l play on game pass, and the only reason l have gold. I got 75% of my subscription this month.
I pre ordered NBA 2K19 this year. Been a loyal player for almost a decade, but they’ve been slipping the past couple seasons. They had a glitch a month after it dropped, losing all types Iif gear/VC and support took weeks to reply. l layed it down, had a game for a month, then haven’t touched it in over 4 months, and won’t be buying anymore copies, after 10 years, and countless micro transactions. Point is this. They lost touch with their player base. They stopped addressing issues, and started the whole “re-install this, delete that” fix for everything. Knowing the problem was on their end the whole time. I’m not just one player. I was a player who probably spent close to $1000 on the franchise over the years, but once the players get the feeling you’ve lost touch, or shifted your priorities, we’re gone. I like offroad racing, and ya’ll aren’t the only game in town. We have options. Never forget that. Fix these hackers, laggers, and team killers, or expect a mass exodus, first from multiplayer, then your franchise.
Ya’ll are along the same lines as 2k. Leaders of the genre who are forgetting where your bread is buttered. I’m not joking. I’ll be contacting Microsoft to be reimbursed for your game being broken for a week, while ya’ll blamed Microsoft and/or the players not having the most current update. All the time making your online experience worse by forcing players to play team adventure. Bad racers, bad team mates trying to crash you, then they come in last after literally holding the team back the entire race. Never took so many losses as l did this week. Good job. Try to improve online numbers, so you make the gameplay worse by flooding it with noobs, and crashing the servers. The people trying to get achievements aren’t going to continue to play…you haven’t converted them. And you alienate the players who prefer online adventure. You literally made it worse. The opposite of your intentions. No apologies. No explanation. Just “hey, we’re good now”. Put the laggers, hackers, noobs and the GTA players who think everything is a free for all demolition derby in lobbies together if you want more people playing online adventures. Because for real, another week of these ignorant moronic teammates who’d rather play offline, but are being forced to play online adventure to unlock some stupid car or achievement, and l’m gone.
Oh, and do something about being able to select the type of race you’re queued into. Base it off something anyway. I literally think it’s based on what you play the least. After 12 quit lobbies, then a disconnect after a single race, l’ve spent a lot of frustrated nights, spent an hour finding a race, race two races, then you’re disconnected. Wasted an hour, logged off immediately after…cussing and fuming.
To the trolls: yes, l’m mad bro.
yes, it is a cool story bro
no, crying doesn’t help much, but it’s
a lot more productive than not saying
anything.
