The thing is, there is a mod out there that already adds rooftop cam. I am not endorsing modding because it is against ToS, but someone has already made it work even though the pictures he shows look more like a drone cam it’s so high. The problem with hood cam is on many MR cars, you don’t even see the front of the car at FoVs like 40, basically being a raised bumper cam. So it’s not really that effective.
