Rivals/Leaderboard cheats

Hi,

Why is it Turn 10 cannot keep on top of cheats, its been the same on all games from FM2 to present

Is it not obvious when someone has gone around a track so much quicker than everyone else, in a car that is not even valid in that class, and that they are clearly cheating in some way.

I actually enjoy doing the hot laps, currently 361 on FM4, and in top 300 on FM2, overall, but it gets disheartening to see all your hard work means nothing, because someone can just cheat.

Come on Turn 10, may be its time you looked after the people who still enjoy playing your back catalogue, FM2, FM3 and FM4, even those who enjoy FM5 and cut out all the cheats, expel them from being able to set times on to leaderboards, can be that hard.

Thanks

While I don’t race often, I totally agree with you. I wish T10/playground would pay more attention and realize that many people who play this game go for fastest times or scores and its impossible to enjoy the game when they aren’t kept legitimate. I was ranked Top 7 or so for drift FM4 and now I’m like 17th and have been for over 2 years. They cleaned it once and then never cleaned it again. This is part of why people have trouble buying your later releases, you understand that, right, t10?

I have always enjoyed the FM series not FH so much, but if T10 cant look after its fan base may be Project Cars might be the answer.

FM2 & FM4 are still enjoyed by should i say 1000’s of players and should it not be so seriously hacked may be more would play,

Please T10, have a purge on your leaderboards for these games, i reckon two weeks makes you could have a couple if kids go thru the whole lot identifying the bad guys and well, boot them

Ive only seen a handful “glitched” times on here.

Careful what you wish for. People complained about paint hacks through AH. AH gone. People complained about people gifting content around that wasn’t theirs to gift. Gifting and SF gone. Following T10s trend of solving problems, they’ll probably just get rid of LBs.

It’s a bit like when someone robs my house, rather than beef up security, I just burn it down so no one can rob it again.
